Great value for money. Excellent choice of films. Good location although the place feels a bit empty as you go up the escalators.
For 4.99 I don't care how bad the 'service' is. Bring your own food, go have a great time.. Manchester.. you don't realise how great you've got it!

I first went here the week it opened many moons ago. It used to busy surrounded by places to eat and a couple of pubs. Now the restaurants and pubs are long gone and so have showcases customers. I still occasionally go, you enter into a massive empty reception area with a handful of customers which makes it feel like a ghost town. Staff are nice enough but you cant help but think its days are numbered. Don't know why the restaurants and pubs closed, Gorton is rough but Ashton is nothing to write home about and that development is booming??
This has been my cinema of choice for years. I don't know how it has managed to survive though as hardly anyone goes there. This is good as far as I'm concerned because you can park for free a few yards from the doors and we've had the auditorium to ourselves on a number of occasions. Even the latest blockbusters might have only a handful of people watching. Food and drinks are expensive so you'd be wise to take your own. That goes for any cinema though. I have the limitless pass so the price is no bother to me. Although its still not that bad when it's my turn to pay. Staff are friendly and quick, service is what you would expect fast but polite. The only thing that stops me giving 5* is the lack of hot snack choice. The only option you have is a hotdog with no toppings. And if your lucky a bun that hasn't been sat in the warmer for a few hours so it's become a little hard.
My favourite cinema, good selection of movies and reasonable prices. Easy to get to on the tram or by driving, parking isn't a problem. Some of the theatres could do with a refurb, but overall I always enjoy watching films here.

The ambiance and decor in HOME is great, and definitely provides a great catalyst to draw people to its cinema and theatre. The food is a solid 4 stars (plenty of veggie options, awesome!), as are the cocktail and drink options. They certainly aren't award winning or an amazing deal, but they're also not excessively overpriced, and do offer decent servings and good flavours. My only real issues are that service levels are unreliable: I've had some great staff, but others who really struggled with a busy evening or the level of service I was expecting. Seems especially grating when you have poor service at the ticket office, average service for dinner, then great service at the bar. This is something that can be trained out though, so I hope to see it improve over time.
Wow. This place is amazing. A theatre, bar and a restruant. There is a disabled entrance, and with lifts to all floors. The lifts are spacious and can easily fit a few people in them. The food was outstanding. The price is average - but you definitely get more than what you pay for. Portion sizes are just right, an the quality of food is brilliant. Highly recommended!

Very enjoyable place. Nice staff. Good views from most seats. Not too expensive. They have lots of high quality musicals here all year round.
I took my mum to see Miss Saigon to a matinee performance and went downstairs to the bar. Very nice but not enough seats especially for the elderly. A few tables to stand at or bar stools which my mum couldn't get up on. The theatre is fabulous, staff very helpful but like anywhere you go out now, expensive. Nearly £4 for a tub of crisps.

Great venue for the arts with lots going all the time. I went for the hip-hop acts, rapping and b-boys breakdancing. Definitely recommended
I'm guessing that this building will not be the same.
